Q: What kind of products do you offer?
We specialize in custom laser-engraved metal cards, metal wallets, and metal business cards. Our cards can be customized with text, logos, or images, and we also offer chip transfer services that allow you to convert your existing bank card into a metal version.
Q: Can I engrave anything I want?
Yes, you can choose your own text, design, and layout, but we reserve the right to reject any offensive or unlawful content.
Q: Do you offer bulk or business orders?
Absolutely! We offer bulk pricing for corporate or team orders. Please contact us at sigmametalcards@gmail.com for a quote.
Q: Can you turn my plastic debit/credit card into a metal one?
Yes, we offer a chip and stripe transfer service. You send us your physical bank card, and we transfer the components into your customized metal card.
Q: Is it safe to send my card to you?
Yes, but you are required to lock or freeze your card with your bank before mailing it. We do not activate, charge, or use any card data.
Q: Will the metal card work exactly like the original?
In most cases, yes. The chip and stripe are physically transferred, allowing the metal card to function like your original. However, we can’t guarantee compatibility with every payment terminal or contactless reader.
Q: What happens to my original plastic card?
After we transfer the chip and stripe, the original card is physically destroyed or returned to you (based on your preference).
Q: How long does it take to make my card?
Production takes 3–5 business days after your design is approved. Shipping time depends on your selected shipping method and location.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Note that delivery times and customs duties may vary by country.
Q: How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Q: Can I return my custom product?
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. Please review our Return Policy for full details.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if production has not started.
Q: Do you store my card or personal data?
No. We do not store, copy, reuse, or share any sensitive payment or card information. All transactions are securely handled through Stripe.
Q: Is my information secure?
Yes, our website uses SSL encryption, and our payment systems follow PCI-DSS compliance standards. We never sell or trade your personal data.
