Thank you for shopping with Sigma Metal Cards. We take great pride in the quality of our custom metal products and services. Please read this Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. All Sales Are Final on Customized Products

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales of custom-engraved metal cards, metal business cards, and wallets are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-engraved or etched items

  • Cards that have undergone chip/data transfer services

  • Custom designs or color requests

  • Products with buyer-submitted artwork or text

Please review all spelling, layout, and artwork carefully before submitting your order.


2. Exceptions – Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide photo evidence of the damage or defect

  • The product must be unused and unmodified

  • Packaging must be intact (if applicable)

3. Chip Transfer Disclaimer

If you send a bank card or chip for physical transfer to a metal card:

  • You agree to lock/freeze the card with your bank prior to shipment

  • We are not responsible for any loss, unauthorized charges, or damage

  • This is a non-refundable service due to its irreversible and custom nature

  • You assume all risk and responsibility for data transfer requests


4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of placement if production has not started.

  • To request cancellation, email sigmametalcards@gmail.com immediately.

  • Once engraving or customization begins, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.


5. Return Shipping (If Approved)

If we approve a return (e.g., due to damage):

  • You are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise stated

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom-engraved or laser-cut products

  • Gift cards or digital downloads

  • Items lost or damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packaging

  • Any item received more than 7 days after delivery
